ALTERATIONS + ADDITION

The renewal of the heritage listed Rose Building including the Butchers Cafe & the Fairlight Butcher was a complex renovation & building code compliance upgrade project over 4x levels with 4x apartments and 4x retail premises. The project includes all new residential finishes, new kitchens and bathrooms and new code compliant building services, acoustics & fire rated linings. It took a team of dedicated building professionals to breathe new life into the Rose Building.
