ALTERATION + ADDITION

A carefully considered modern renovation to a period cottage on the flats of Manly & only walking distance to the beach. The new first floor bedrooms are set back & tucked into the new terracotta tile slate roof which has expressed rafters “v groove” soffits & ceilings. The new open plan kitchen & dining area extends out to the covered outdoor alfresco living & dining spaces and onward to the rear garden.
